HOW CAN I HANG MY NEON SIGN?
Each sign comes with either pre-drilled holes in the backing, so it can easily be mounted on to a wall with screws/nails/hanging wire, or the signs come with fixtures already in place(picture wire/chain). All our frame mounted neon signs come with pre-installed hanging chain.
CAN I TURN MY NEON SIGN ON AND OFF?
Most of our stock neon signs have a switch on the power cable so that you can turn the sign off when it is not in use. Some of our premium range can be turned on/off directly from the mains switch.
HOW LONG WILL MY NEON SIGN LAST?
The life of a neon sign is dependent on how much and how often it is used. The luminous tubes in the signs usually last for 4 to 7 years, though in the right environment, a tube has the ability to last longer. Things that affect transformer life are heat, and electrical surges / consistency of your electrical supply. All of the neon signs shown on our website are designed for indoor use.

DO YOU SHIP NEON SIGNS TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

HOW DO I CLEAN MY NEON SIGN?
If you want to dust or clean your neon sign, always be sure to unplug the sign first. Then, use a feather duster or soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or dust from the bulbs. Never use a liquid cleaner to clean your sign.
MY SIGN ARRIVED BROKEN, NOW WHAT?
If your neon sign shows up and has been broken during shipping, please contact us via email within 24 hours of the delivery. The best thing for you to do is to take pictures of the broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. If the box that the sign came is also damaged, be sure to take photos of that too! We will respond to your email ASAP and get the issues rectified for you.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS POLICY
All full-priced items† are eligible for a return within 14 days. Items must be un-used with the original packaging. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new style that you are looking for. *please refer to the return process outlined below. † Except custom neon orders. Custom neon order pieces are final sale.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS
If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please email us with the subject line “return request, your name, order number”. Return requests must be emailed within seven days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the product name / description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, we will provide you with an online return authorisation number (ORA#) via email. Please include the ORA# with the package you are returning.
The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to www.neonwarehouse.co.uk within fourteen days from the date your ORA# was issued. If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen day time frame, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.
Once your return has been received by our team, you will be be refunded the amount paid. Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
Neon Warehouse ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order. Some items may be on a 'pre-order' purchase, this will be stated clearly in the description, with an approximate delivery timeframe.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number.
